West & J was founded in 2017 with a single mission: to seek out, identify and foster dynamic and promising high-growth opportunities. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies.

Alex Westerberg, founder and CEO, hails from the Willamette Valley, Oregon- a land of grass seed and grapes. After successfully developing the first of its kind in the US QR code app in the fin-tech space in 2005, Alex turned his focus to the wine and craft beer industries. From sales and marketing to leading a 45,000-case wine production facility- Alex has key insights for both the early stage entrepreneur as well as the seasoned producers looking to maximize their business impact.

Following an MBA program at the University of San Francisco, travels for international consulting, and a transition into executive level operations within the consumer goods arena- Alex opened up his expertise to the world with West & J Consulting.
